Exe Valley Fly Fishing

• There are two lakes available for fishing – Anchor Lake (fly fishing only) and Lobbs Lake (any method): 

• • Anchor Lake stocked with specimen trout (4lb plus)
  • Lobbs Lake trout average around 1.5-2lbs

• Detailed below are the Daily Fishing tickets available and prices:

• • Please Note:
    • Daily 2 Fish ticket maximum 4 hour duration
    • Daily 2 Junior under 13 years only
    • We kindly ask that the actual fish caught be recorded for our stocking records on the sheets available in the self-service hut

• Detailed below are the Season Fishing tickets available and prices:

• • Please Note (T/Cs):
    • Season tickets non-transferable 
    • All Season tickets valid for 6 months from date of issue
    • Season tickets allow unlimited visits to the fishery
    • Fish Available above is the total amount of fish that can be caught during the 6 month period
    • We kindly ask that all Season Ticket holders record their catch on each visit to the fishery referencing the Season Ticket number (sheets available in the self-service hut)

• For Daily Fish tickets please fill out the fishing ticket inside the self-service hut. Keep the top copy for your records and place the carbon copy with payment in the envelopes provided
  
• For Season Fish tickets please contact us via email contact@exevalleyflyfishing.net or on 01398 328 046 to arrange payment
• Please pay in advance before fishing - cash or cheque and PayPal using the QR code in the self-service hut
• Please make cheques payable to: ‘Exe Valley Fly Fishing Ltd’
• Strictly NO catch and release – ALL fish must be kept

Environment Agency Rod Fishing Licence

For your information regarding when you need a rod licence:

• You need a rod fishing licence to fish for trout at these lakes.
  • You must always carry your rod fishing licence when you are fishing, or you could be prosecuted.
  • You can be fined up to £2,500 for fishing without a rod fishing licence.
  • Children under 13 do not need a licence. Licences for children aged between 13 and 16 are free. You still need to get a junior licence.
